The All Well-Care Clinic provides primary health care services to Detroit and Wayne County residents. The clinic integrates behavioral and physical healthcare services to offer whole health and wellness for our clients. AWBS physical health team includes a Nurse Practitioner, Nurses, Peer Support Specialists, Social Workers and a Phlebotomist.
The All Well-Care Clinic Offers:

- Annual senior and women’s examinations
- Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) testing
- Support services to help individuals manage various medical conditions including arthritis, asthma, diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease to improve the quality of life for our clients.
